'Ocean deep' is an art work based on memory and reflection on Kelp. Living in the sea it grows towards the light, whilst anchored to the ocean floor. Kelp's buoyancy and the way it moves in a fluid environment reminds us of this unique, beautiful plant and our own origins and dependence on earth.
