This year was my fourth visit to Santa Fe for the festival and my fourth fashion show.  Every show amazes me with a greater depth of talent. Every year the creativity expands to include endless designs and color combinations. This year was no different for me when it came to being overwhelmed with the work. Thank you, everyone, for participating.

As you know our organization is made up of artisans from around the world and from varied backgrounds and skill levels.  And the fashion show allows us all to gather and to soak in the beauty of what we do. It sparks new visions and new possibilities for future pieces.

From the lightest of fabrics in the chiffons and georgettes to the lined velvets and satins, all the designs were impressive.  We even had unique hats and masks that complemented the garments. One artist painted umbrellas to match her garments.  What a lot of work!  To read more about the festival that was and to see the parade of fashions, go to Volume 19, Issue 3.
