1. Choose a chapter name, president, secretary, and treasurer. You need at least three paid SPIN members to form a SPIN Chapter.

2. Fill out the annual reporting form. Note that this form needs to be completed and sent in annually

3. Receive your chapter’s rebate check from SPIN containing 25% of the dues paid by the chapter members. The rebates will be sent out twice a year. If a new paid SPIN member Joins your Chapter simply let Stephany know this via email at SpinStephany@gmail.com
